Fill Out  the Application

Through a short application process, current members of the UBC family can request financial assistance based on specific criteria and level of need.

Gather Documentation

Once an application is complete, the pool of nominees will be reviewed by a team of UBC Cares directors to award monthly grants.

Upload Documents

Using our HIPPA compliant interface, upload any necessary forms from your doctor.

Await award committee decision

Awards are made monthly, and you will receive a response within 30 days of application.
